A STRONGHOLD OF GASTRONOMY FOR 53 YEARS
As always, the head chef at Falsled Kro invites his colleagues and close friends to join him in the kitchen for an enjoyable evening at the inn. The love of gastronomy and personal service are paramount on this very special evening.
As we approach November, the various chefs who will be joining the invitational will be disclosed.

The evening consists of an abundance of snacks from the inn.
Each chef has prepared a special dish for this evening, and they will be doing their very best to win the prestigious award for “best dish of the evening”.

Everything is meticulously sampled with the individual chefs so our skilled sommeliers can make precise wine pairings to match each dish.
The evening ends with an informal chat with the chefs in the restaurant while you enjoy the coffee and last petits fours.
Enjoy the final hours of the evening in front of the burning fire in the fireplace lounge.
