Fitness, massage, yoga, sauna & hot tub

Whether you're looking for pure relaxation in the hot tub followed by a sauna,
a run with a sea view, or a soothing massage, we now offer a range of activities and treatments.

Our physiotherapist, masseuse, and yoga instructor, Cecilie Krogh, is available in the area
from 11:00 to 18:30 and can assist with exercises if you need guidance or
just seek inspiration for new exercises.

Cecilie has experience from the clinic and sports world and is accustomed to working
with different injuries, so feel free to ask questions when you see her
or write to her at wellness@falsledkro.dk

Massage

All of the Inn’s opening days between 11:00-18:30
Reservation ahead of time is recommended
Please note that we can only offer one massage at a time.

HOT STONE MASSAGE, 50 min

The massage is performed using 54-56 degree hot lava stones,
which help increase blood circulation and warm the muscle tissue
The massage covers the entire body except the face and scalp,
and it is recommended to add a facial and scalp massage for the full experience
The purpose of the massage is relaxation and well-being

Price: DKK 1,075,-

Add-on for facial and scalp massage: DKK 250,-
Add-on for focusing on a problem area: DKK 350,-

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE, 50 min

The massage involves warming up the muscles with gentler strokes,
followed by deeper strokes and grips
The massage covers the entire body except the face and scalp.
The purpose of the massage is well-being with a slightly therapeutic approach

Price: DKK 1,195,-

Add-on for facial and scalp massage: DKK 250,-
Add-on for focusing on a problem area: DKK 350,-

AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE, 50 min

The massage consists of gentle strokes over the entire body,
focusing on scents from essential oils of your choice from three categories:
(1) uplifting scents such as citrus,
(2) detox scents with air-purifying effects like eucalyptus,
(3) relaxing scents including the well-known lavender
The purpose of the massage is exclusively relaxation and well-being

Price: DKK 975,-

Add-on for facial and scalp massage: DKK 250,-
Add-on for focusing on a problem area: DKK 350,-

Fitness

Open all of the Inn’s opening days between 7:30-18:30

Our gym is equipped with the latest professional equipment from Intenza, Nautilus, and Crossmaxx
Here you can find treadmills, elliptical trainers, exercise bikes,
strength training machines, dumbbells, and yoga math

Hot Tub and Sauna

Open all of the Inn’s opening days between 7:30-22:00

It is recommended to book the hot tub in advance or upon arrival to ensure enjoying
the pleasantly warm water with a view of the garden and the sea
Afterward, you can enjoy our sauna with the same lovely view,
which does not need to be booked in advance

Yoga

Private yoga lessons
Yoga can be tailored to individuals or groups of two to ten people
Instruction is available in both yin and yang yoga, including hatha yoga,
vinyasa flow yoga, ashtanga yoga, and classic yin yoga
Classes can be tailored to different levels:
advanced, intermediate, beginners, gentle and calm, or power/hard yoga
Yoga takes place in our yoga room next to our wellness area

Payment & Cancellation

* A fee is charged for payment with specific credit cards

* For invoices under DKK 10,000, a fee of DKK 250 is added

* Prices are valid for 2024

* Cancellation of the reservation must be made at least 48 hours before arrival in writing to wellness@falsledkro.dk or info@falsledkro.dk

* For cancellations less than 48 hours before arrival, a fee of 100% of the reservation price will be charged
